Its that time of the year, time for The Sports Den to make its NFL Predictions. We’re going to start off with the AFC West.

1. San Diego Chargers – The Chargers should be the team to beat in this division if Phillip Rivers does just a decent job. He has the running game, receivers, and defense that he doesn’t have to feel he has to do it himself.
2. Kansas City Chiefs – Could finish first or third depending on what Herm Edwards can do with the defense. If that improves this team becomes that more dangerous.
3. Denver Broncos- Don’t see them having the same kind of year as last year.
4. Oakland Raiders – The return of Art Shell as coach isn’t going to help the Raiders, this team might win as many games as they did last year no more than that, not with Aaron Brooks at QB. Jerry Porter wants out. Too many problems with this team.
