Now The Sports Den makes its predictions for the NFC. Starting with the NFC West.

1. Seattle Seahawks – The only thing that might stop the defending NFC Champion Seahawks from winning this division and returning to the playoffs is the defending NFC Champion Seahawks.

2. Arizona Cardinals– Could this be the year the Cardinals start making some noise in the division. They could have a high scoring offense if it stays healthy. May have some questions on defense.

3. St. Louis Rams – Mike Martz is gone, this isn’t going to be the greatest show on turf anymore. They still have a suspect defense.

4. San Francisco 49ers – The 49ers will bring up the rear again this year. Will probaly be battelling for the #1 overall pick in nest years draft.
