It looks like Allen Iverson will be traded to the Denver Nuggets. The Deal waiting for league approval will send Iverson to the Nuggets for G Andre Miller, F Joe Smith, and 2 first round draft picks in 2007. It a great deal for the 76ers, they get a real point guard, but the bonus of 2 draft picks in what some experts are calling one of the deepest drafts in the last few years. Maybe rebuilding the 76ers won’t take as long as first thought if they can do their research and draft a couple of good players. Denver may have made this deal due to the suspension of Carmelo Anthony for 15 games. Denver now has the leagues 1st ansd 2nd leading sorers, which leaves the question will they be able to play together? Everyone will have to wait 15 games for the answer to that question. Now the Sixers can get down to the business of turning things around.
