It was a typical Eagles – Giants game, back and forth seesaw battle, in the end it came down to one of the best kickers in the NFL hitting a 38 yard field goal to win it. I don’t know how to explain it other than saying it was awsome. Being an Eagles fan and a season ticket holder, this was a nail biter at the end. Watching the Giants score on the opening drive left a scary feeling in the stomach, then there was Brian Westbrook’s 49 yard TD run to tie the game and there was a feeling of relief, you had the feeling that the momentum had changed. It did after that the Eagles took a 20-10 lead, but sitting there you just knew it wasn’t going to be enough, sure enough the Giants came back to tie the game at 20-20 with about 3 minutes left. The Eagles finished the game right . They took the kickoff and drove down to put themselves in a position to win it. They did it right running the clock down so there wouldn’t be any time left for the Giants. Now its time to go back to New Orleans to face the Saints, hopefully it will result in another win.
