Ok The Sports Den is going to throw its opinion out there on which teams are going to win in the Divisional Playoffs this weekend.
Saturday
Indianapolis @ Baltimore – Yeah the Colts defense showed up against the Chiefs, the defense isn’t going to be the problem this time. the question is what is the Colts offense going to be able to do against the Ravens Defense? Not much, The Ravens win 13-10.
Philadelphia @ New Orleans – The Saints beat the Eagles earlier in the season on a last second field goal 27-24. Things havae changed a bit since that game. The Eagles defense is playing better than it was in that game, and Jeff Garcia is QB. The Saints are a dangerous offensive team, but they can be beat. They were 4-4 at home this year. The Eagles won three straight divisional games on the road when they needed to win. The Eagles have more playoff experience. Eagles 28 – Saints 20
Sunday
Seattle @ Chicago – The Seahawks will be looking for a little revenge from the beating they took from the Bears earlier in the season without Alexander and Hassleback. The question for the Bears is which Rex Grossman is going to show up? Both defenses will be missing some key players. The Sports Den is going to pick Seattle in an upset 24-13.
New England @ San Diego – This might be the best game of the weekend. Can the Patriots stop LaDainian Tomlinson and the Chargers? Can Marty Schottenheimer beat Bill Belichek. Will Phillip Rivers outplay Tom Brady? This one is worth watching. The Sports Den is going with the Patriots in this one. Patriots 21 – Chargers 17.
