The Phillies won a wild one at Citizen’s Bank Park on Sunday. After falling behind 2-0 along came the rains, and after a 2 hour rain delay the continued playing. By that time the starters were gone, and Adam Eaton came in and gave up 3 truns and the Phillies trailed the Braves 5-0. The Phillies then proceeded to score the next 12 runs to go up 12-5. That wasn’t the end, the Braves came back with 5 runs of their own to cut it to 12-10. Brad Lidge put an end to the craziness by picking up his 24th save. The Phillies got some help from the Cubbies when they beat the Marlins, and now the Phillies are in second by themselves just one game back of the Mets.
