The Sports Den goes into every Eagles season saying we will try not to critisize Andy Reid, but dam if the guy do something that makes you wind up critisizing him. After Sunday night’s 24-20 loss to the pathetic Chicago Bears, how many times did the Bears, especially ALL-PRO QB Kyle Orton, try and give this game away?, there is a lot to be crtical of. The Sports Den is not going to go there, instead we are going to lower our expectations of what this team will do this season. After the Eagles big win last week against the Steelers we were kind of thinking the Eagles could go 11-5, or 12-4. Now with what happened last night in Chicago and the way it happened, using a lame excuse that your QB was to sore to try a QB sneak on 4th and goal at the 1 that most likely would have won the game, and that fact that with this loss the Eagles went from a good team down to an overrated one we have to lower our expectations down to 7-9. Now that could change depending on how the offense plays, since the defense is doing its job. And we all know who is in charge of the offense.
