The Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals played to a 13-13 tie on Sunday which was fitting since both teams showed no interest in winning the game by the way they played. Now when two teams go out on the field and play as bad as both of these teams did and actually show no interest or concern if the won or lost and don’t know the rules about overtime should they be fined for it?  Tell us what you think.
