There were a few surprises in the early games in week 14 of the NFL. Here’s just a little recap of some of them.

The Early Games

Eagles 20 – Giants 14 – Brian Westbrook ran for 131 yds and had 6 receptions for 72 yds and scored 2 TD”s and the Eagles defense held the Giants in check to give the Giants their first home loss and keep their playoff hopes alive, and temporarily prevent the Giants from clinching the NFC East.

Texans 24 – Packers 21 – Matt Schaub threw for 414 yds and 2 TD’s and RB Steve Slaton ran for 120 yds as the Texans went into Lambeau field and beat the Packers just about eliminating the Packers from the playoffs. Where is Brett Favre when you need him? Oh thats right he’s in New York.
