The Eagles kissed their chances of making the playoffs good bye with their offensively pathetic 10-3 loss to the Redskins. You can call me Mr. negativity all you want the reality is the Eagles “controlled their own destiny” as they say and they blew it big time. There are too many teams that have to lose now, if the Eagles should somehow beat the Cowboys, for the Eagles to get in. The Chargers and Ravens did their part to help the Eagles by beating the Buccaneers and Cowboys, but the Eagles didn’t do theirs. The Vikings didn’t help much by losing to the Falcons allowing the Bears back in it. Here is what its going to take for them to get in but not likely to happen.

1. The Eagles have to beat the Cowboys

2. The Bears have to lose one of their last two games against the Packers at home Monday night – not likely to happen, or lose their last game at houston against the Texans, again not likely to happen.

3. TheTampa Bay Buccaneers have to lose at home against the Oakland Raiders, not likely to happen.

4. If the Bears win both of their last two gamed then the Eagles would need the Vikings to lose their last game against the Giants, not tlikely to happen since the Giants don’t need to win.

Thats just a little too much help to ask for.
