The Philadelphia Flyers lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-1 on Tuesday night and now find themselves down 3-1 in their series. Considering the Flyers history of being down 3-1 in a series you can say this one is over, and start making your tee times. Who’s to blame for this loss? The Refs, but not for the reason you maybe thinking, its the opposite, they gave the Flyers too many powerplays. Thats right too many powerplays, a total of 8 in the game. Why too many powerplays you maybe asking? Simple it caught the Flyers completely off guard, they weren’t actually expecting the Refs to call that many penalties therefore they werwen’t able to capitalize on them. So now its off to Pittsburgh for what most likely is the last game of the season, then off to the golf course for the summer. There’s always next year!
