After wath
cing the 76ers lose 6 of their last 7 games to end the season not too many people would have thought they had a chance of winning one game against the Orlando Magic, much less having a real chance of winning the series. The Sixers sit in that position after beating the Magic 96-94 Friday night to go up 2-1 in the series. Just like the first two games, no lead is biug enough. The Sixers at one point had a 17 point lead only to see it disappear. Dwight Howard tied the score at 94-94 with 6.9 seconds left by hitting two free throws. The Sixers then called time out to set up a play, it did look like the Sixers were going to turn it over when they were having trouble inbounding the ball. Fortunately the ball found its way to Thaddeus Young who put in a layup with 2 seconds left to give the Sixers the lead and when after a desperation shot by the magic hit high off the backboard. Game 4 is Sunday.
