Remember a few weeks ago when the hottest trade rumor was how the Phillies should trade for Roy Halladay, give up J.A. Happ and their farm system for Halladay. Good thing they didn’t. instead they kept Happ and went after Cliff Lee, you have to admit now after seeing Cliff Lee pitch that this wound up being the better move. Cliff Lee is now 5-0 with the Phillies with an incredible 0.68 ERA afte rbeating the Mets on Monday afternoon, which improves his overall record to 12-9, remember he was 7-9 when he arrived in Philly. By the way, Roy Halladay suffered his worst defeat of the season, a 12-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday, and giving him his fourth loss in his last 6 games. Good thing the Blue Jays were asking too much, thanks Toronto for Cliff Lee.
