AFC East – This division is another two team race, the Dolphins and Patriots.

Miami Dolphins – The Dolphins won this division last season, and should win it again this season. Bill Parcells knows Bill Belichick, enough said.

Prediction: 11-5  

New England Patriots – Yes Tom Brady is back, but he is coming off a serious knee injury so don’t expect him to be the Brady of old, at least notthis year. The Patriots have lost a lot on defense, Mike Vrable, teddy Bruschi, Richard Seymore. Bill Parcels knows Bill Belichick.

Prediction: 10-6

New York Jets: Rex Ryan takes over from Eric Mangini. they may be better on defense but their offense has a lot of questions, especially with Mark Sanchez as QB. Don’t see them making the playoffs this season.

Prediction: 9-7

Buffalo Billls – RB Marshawn Lynch is out the first four games. How long will it take for T.O. top starts acting up?  You know its going to happen. Maybe next year.

Prediction: 8-8
