The Phillies season came to an end wioth a 7-3 loss to the N.Y. Yankees in Game 6 of The World Series, not the way Phillies fans wanted it to end. Congrats tyo the Yankees, they were the better team.  Only if Shane Victorino had caught that fly ball, enough about that. On the bright side they actually defended their title in theWorld Series, not too many teams do that now a days. Who can argue with 3 straight Division Titles, back-to-back NL Championships, and back-to-back World Series appearances, 1 World Title. There is a strong possibilty that the Phillies could be back there again next season, and with a little tweaking during the offseason, could be in great shape to win it again.
