The Eagles and TE Brent Celek have agreed to a 6 year contract extension that will lock up the TE through the 2016 season. this is a good move by the Eagles, who have made it point to sign their good young players to long-term deals, keeping them here through their prime. This comes on the heels of Winston Justice signing a 4 year extension last week. The Sports Den has no information about the money in the contract, but its safe enough to say its enough to keep anyone happy.
