Its just a day after Super Bowl XLIV and may seem just a little early to predicting who will win Super Bowl XLV. This isn’t a prediction yet, that will come at the end of training camp, can you tell yet who we will be predicting to win it? This is just 3 reasons why The Sports Den thinks the Eagles could win Super Bowl XLV. 

1. Donovan McNabb – Yes he will be QB of the Eagles next season. He is in the final year of year, and if he is not ready to retire he will be playing for a contract, in every sport someone going into a contract year, usually has a career year. He has also stated that he wants to retire an Eagle, the only way that happens is by FINISHING THE JOB and winning a Super Bowl.

2. Dick Jauron   – Brought in by Andy Reid to coach the defensive backs, was with Reid in Bgreen Bay when they won the Super Bowl, has defensive coordinator experience so he can help Sean McDermott if he need sit, so will a healthy defense. Its too early to say for sure but could be one of the best moves Reid makes during the off season.

3. 50th Anniversary – The 2010 season will mark the 50th Anniversary of the last Eagles NFL Championship, 1960. What better way to celebrate the anniversary of their last Chasmpionship by winning their first Superbowl. If they get there it would be their third appearance, third times the charm right?
