The good people at EA Sports have run their annual Stanley Cup Playoff simulation, and have predicted that the Chicago Blackhawks will win the 2010 Stanley Cup. Now if your a Blackhawk fan this may sound good, but a bit of bad news, last year they predicted that the Bruins would win the Cup, unfortunately the Bruins were knocked out in the first round. The season predictions done back in October picked a different winner

A bit of good news bad news for Flyers fans, the simulation predicted that the Flyers would comeback from a 3 games to 1 deficit and beat the Devils in the firast round. Personally don’t see it happening that way, the Flyers do beat the Devils, but it would be sweet revenge for Brian Boucher if it did. the bad news they lose in the second round to the Capitals in six games.
