Chase Utley

What a wild game that was. Thanks to Chase Utley’s two home runs and four RBI’s, and Shane Victorino’s 4 for 5 night with 5 RBI’s the Phillies beat the Nationals 14-7. Both starting pitchers were out of the game by the end of the second inning, not good for Kyle Kendrick, who in his two starts has apparently forgotten how to pitch, hurry back Joe Blanton. The Phillies so far have played the Nationals and Astros, but its still scary the numbers they are putting up. I guess we’ll have to wait until the weekend when they play the Marlins, then the road trip that follows, Braves, D’backs, and Giants to see how good this team really is.
