The NBA season officially came to and end on Wednesday, so The Sports Den can announce the winner of its Toilette Bowl award for being the worst team. It was a close race between the N.J. Nets and Minnesota Timberwlves, with the Nets winning with a 12-70 record, Minnesota was a close second at 15-67. The Nets just avoided being the worst team in the history of the NBA, but won just enough games at the end of the season to avoid that distinction.  Would hate to be the guy who has to try and put a highlite real together for this mess. Not much else you can say except congratulations Nets.
