Yes there will be a game 6 between the Philadelphia Flyers and Boston Bruins thanks to a huge 4-0 shutout of the Bruins in game 5. Now the series return to Philly on Wednesday night. It wasn’t a total success for the Flyers as they lost G Brian Boucher to injury, reports have it that he sprained his MCL’s in both knees after Ryan Parent fell on him in the crease. Claude Giroux also left the game with an undisclosed injury there is not report yet on his status for game 6. It looks like Simon Gagne came back at just the right time, scoring the game winner in game 4 and adding two goals in game five. It was good to see Scott Hartnell finally end his scoring drought. The Flyers have now scored 9 goals against the Bruins in the last two games, thats a good sign going into game 6. Toward the end of the game it got a little ugly, actually thought they were palying in Philly after watching Bruins fans throw things on the ice after two Bruins jumped Flyers C Mike Richards, that was a classy act wasn’t it, apparently it doesn’t just happen in Philly. Now lets see if the Flyers can force a game 7.
