Tuesday night was not good to Philly sports teams. The Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers were in action. All three teams go their collective butts handed to them.
Mets 7 – Phillies 1 – Cole Hamels suffered his fifth consecutive loss to the Mets. He is now 2-9, with a 4.38 in his career against the Mets. Maybe its time to skip Hamels spot in the rotation the next time he is scheduled to face the Mets. What do you think?
Celtics 99 – Sixers 82 – In what could possibly be a first round matchup in the playoffs, the Celtics made easy work of the Sixers.
Senators 5 – Flyers 2 – The Flyers late season slide continued against the Senators. its a good thing Mike richards played or the Flyers would have been shut out. this kind of slide is not a good thing heading into the playoffs in any sport.
