Al Golden took one of the worst football programs in the country and turned it around, and usually when that happens the reward is a big time program comes calling. In this case it did in the name of the Miami Hurricanes. Only it is looking more like a nightmare for Al Golden than a reward. What makes what Golden walked into worse is it Miami is saying it knew of the allegations before they hired golen but never told him about them. If he knew its highly unlikely he would have taken this job. Who knows how long the investigation will take, but the minute it turns out the allegations are true, then Al Golden should be the first to know, and given the opportunity to go elsewhere, like maybe back to Temple.
