The Phillies extended their winning streak against the San Diego Padres at Petco Park to 13 games with a 4-1 win. The Philles trailed the Padres 1-0 going into the seventh inning, then scored three runs to take the lead, and added an insurance run with Shane Victorino’s homer in the nineth. Cole Hamels improved to 7-2, 2.22 ERA in his career against the Padres. With their current two game winning streak the Phillies get back to .500 at 7-7. Here’s hoping the buck the trend and make it three in a row on Saturday night.
