The Phillies and Mets kicked off a three game series with a memorial Day Matinee. Ty Wigginton had a game to remember on this Memorial Day, going 3/3 with a home run and six RBI’s. Cole Hamels picked up his eighth win of the season, it’s his eighth straight. The Phillies improve to 26-24 and pick up a game on both the Nationals and Braves who both lost. The Mets drop to 27-22.
