If anyone out there was curious about what has happened to T.O. here is some news. According to an article on ESPN.com T.O was released by the IFL team he signed with in February, Allen Wranglers, after ownership decided they had enough of T.O.’s shenanigans. Apparently T.O. decide he wasn’t going to play in two games that were critical for their playoff hopes, but what might even be worse is that he was a no-show for a scheduled appearance at a children’s hospital.  Owens was also given a stake in ownership that has been terminated since he violated his contract according to ownership. Owens who is 37 was hoping this would lead to a shot at getting back in the NFL, instead will be heading back to the poor house, apparently Owens was broke when he signed the six figure contract with the Wranglers.

Update:

T.O. was given 48 hours to vacate the house and return the 2012 Jeep Cherokee the teamprovided for him in exchange for a $50 severence check.
