They say all good things must come to an end, and it looks  like Jamie Moyer’s long career is about to do that. The 25 year veteranof MLB was designated for assignment by the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday, which means the Rockies have 10 days to either trade or release Moyer. Moyer became the oldest pitcher to win a game 49 years, 180 days, this season. Moyer has made 638 starts and has 269 wins in his career. Moyer was a member of the Phillies in 2008 that won the World Series.
