Leading up to tonight’s NHL Draft the Philadelphia Flyers, and Columbus Blue Jackets got together to play let’s make a deal. According to reports the Flyers will send backup goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, better known as Bob the goalie, to the Blue Jackets for three draft picks, the 45th, and 117th picks this year, and Phoenix’s fourth round pick next year. Maybe Bob the goalie will be traded by the Blue Jackets to next year’s Stanley Cup Champ, like Jeff Carter. The deal still needs to be approved by the league before any official announcement is made. A couple of questions about this, who is going to be the Flyers backup next year, and are they setting up for another deal, or free agent signing? Stay tuned.
