It’s time for the first meeting of the season between these to NFC East division rivals. The Giants come into this game at 2-1 coming off a dominating 36-7 win over the Carolina Panthers. The Eagles come into this game at 2-1 coming off an embarrassing 27-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. The Eagles have won 6 of the last 7 meetings. Eli Manning comes in to this game with a hot hand but will not have played in ten days come game time. Michael Vick on the other hand has gotten off to a very bad start, and is probably one more bad game away from being benched. With that said he usually has good games against the Giants, and this game shouldn’t be any different, keep the fingers crossed. The Giants will be without WR Hakeem Nicks, while it looks like Jeremy Maclin will be playing, and King Dunlap will be out. The Giants have a benefit of being well rested, hpefully too much rest, while the Eagles will have the benefit of Brian Dawkins having his number retired at haltime. The Linc will be rockin’.
