The Philadelphia Eagles have announced on Tuesday that they have released 2 time Pro Bowl DE Jason Babin. Babin signed a 5 year $28 million contract last summer, he registered 18 sacks last season. So far after 11 games Babin has just 5.5 sacks. The move will give more playing time to DE Vinny Curry, the Eagles 2nd round pick in the 2012 draft. The roster purge begins
