Hockey is back and the lockout shortened season  kicks off on Saturday with the NHL version of the “Battle of Pa”. The Philadelphia Flyers take on their cross state rival Pittsburgh Penguins.  It’s also a battle between two of hockey’s young superstars in Claude Giroux, and Sidney Crosby. This is the first of four  meetings between the teams this season, and the first meeting since the first round of last year’s playoffs, the Flyers won the series 4-2, so there probably is a little payback on the minds of the Penguins. Even if the hockey is a little sloppy there should be enough hitting to keep everyone happy.
