The Washington Wizards made their only appearance in Philly to take on the Sixers in the first of three meetings this season. The Sixers were down three after one (28-25), but had a nine point lead at halftime (48-39). The Sixers held a ten point lead heading into the fourth quarter (73-63). It did get a little hairy toward the end when the Wizards cut a seventeen point Sixer lead down to five with a little over a minute and a half left. The Sixers improve to 19-26, and the Wizards drop to 11-33.
