The Phillies started their seven game west coast road trip with a 6-2 win over the current World Series Champ San Francisco Giants. Cliff Lee picked up his third win going eight innings giving up just two runs on fiver hits, three of those hits were to Hunter Pence. The win snapped the Phillies two game losing streak, the Giants six game winning streak, and handed Madison Bumgarner his first loss of the season. Michael Young went 3/4 with 2 RBI’s, and Domonic Brown hit a homer that found it’s way into McCovey Cove. Hunter Pence homered for the Giants.
