It was the third of four meetings this season between the Phillies and Indians with he Indians putting a whipping on the Phillies a couple of weeks ago taking both game in Cleveland. The Phillies got a little payback in the first of two meetings in Philly on Tuesday night with a 6-2 win. Jonathan Pettibone went 6.1 innings giving up 2 runs on 4 hits to pick up his third win. Kevin Frandsen, and Domonic Brown both homered, and John Mayberry JR had three RBI’s. The Phillies pick up their third straight win, and pull to within two games of .500 at 19-21. Keep the finger crossed that Cole Hamels can make it four in a row on Wednesday afternoon.
