Some people say baseball is boring, not all the time. What a way to end a game. What a game for that matter.Umpire Bob Davidson gets booed unmercifully for a bizarre call. Erik Kratz runs in from the bullpen to hit a pinch hit double to tie the game at 2-2. John Mayberry Jr ties the game again at 3-3 in the bottom of the tenth with a solo home run, then hits his second homer, a grand slam, in the bottom of the eleventh to make it a 7-3 final. The Phillies are once again within one game of .500 at 29-30, and riding a three game win streak heading into Wednesday afternoon’s game. Will the Phillies have anything left in the tank for Cole Hamels on Wednesday afternoon, let’s hope so. He’s due for a win.
