The Sports Den’s favorite bike race to make fun of got underway on Saturday. The 100th Tour De Farce started and Stage 1 didn’t go off without any problems. It seems a bus got stuck under the banner at the finish line. It was eventually removed, they had to let air out of the tires to move it, but not before a misunderstanding about stopping caused a pile up among the riders. NBC Sports Network will be replaying stage one on Saturday night if you want a good laugh, not sure of the time, check you local listings as they say.
