Vinny Lecavalier picked up a goal in his return to Tampa Bay but the Flyers came up on the short end of the stick with a 4-2 loss. The Lightning had a 3-0 lead in the third period when the Flyers decided to make a game of it and cut it to a 3-2 Lightning lead with just over a minute left. Unfortunately Tyler Johnson would hit the empty net to put it away. The Lightning improve to 6-0-1 in their last seven against the Flyers and are 16-8-1. The Flyers drop to 10-12-2.
