Creamy Queso Blanco Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb (8 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup drained pickled jalapeño nacho slices, chopped
Directions:
COMBINE ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 2 min.; stir. Microwave additional 1 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
Special Extra: Garnish with finely chopped tomatoes before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips.
