The Eagles head into their bye week riding a seven game win streak and the best record in the NFL at 8-1 after 51-23 drubbing of the Broncos, the team with the best defense in the NFL. The Eagles dominated the game from start to finish. The Eagles were up 17-3 after one and 31-9 at halftime. Jay Ajayi and Corey Clement combined to rush for three TD’s while Carson Wentz threw four TD passes, two to Alshon Jeffrey, one to Trey Burton, and one to Corey Clement. The Broncos managed to score two late TD’s one a TD pass from Brock Osweiler to Demaryius Thomas and the second on fumble recovery by Brandon Marshall. The Broncos lose their fourth straight and fall to 3-5.
