In case you haven’t heard yet there is some good news out there for those who like to get on sports. In a long awaited decision the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a 1992 law, Professional, and Amateur Sports Protection Act,  that made it illegal to bet on sports in every state except Nevada ruling it was unconstitutional. A few states are already set up to jump head first into the sports betting arena, New Jersey will probably be first since they took the fight to the Supreme Court with Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia not far behind.
