The Eagles suffered their first loss of the season losing the the Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon by the score of 27-21. It was an ominous start for the Eagles as Ryan Fitzpatrick hit DeSean Jackson for a 75 yard TD pass. Fitzpatrick went 27/33, 402 yards, 4 TD’s, and 1 interception. The Eagles would tie it 7-7 on a Corey Clement 15 yard RD run. Unfortunately Fitzpatrick would throw two more RD passes in the half to put the Buccaneers up 20-7 at halftime. Fitzpatrick’s fourth TD pass put the Buccaneers up 27-7 in the third. The Eagles did manage a couple late TD’s to cut it to 27-21 with a chance to win it, but ran out of time. Eagles: 1-1, Buccaneers: 2-0.
