The Phillies completed the sweep of the Cubs on Thursday night the best way possible, with a Bryce Harper walk off grand slam. The Phillies trailed the game 5-0 heading into the eighth inning. Yu Dervish had held the Phillies to no runs, and just four hits in seven innings. Corey Dickerson’s RBI single in the eight cut it to 5-1. In the ninth the Phillies cut it to 5-3 on RBI singles by Brad Miller, and Roman Quinn. Rhys Hoskins was hit by a pitch to load the bases. Bryce Harper then hit a bomb into the second Devin right field to give the a 7-5 win.
