The Phillies did the unexpected completed the sweep of a two game mini series against the Red Sox with a 5-2 win on Wednesday night. The Red Sox took a 1-0 lead in the first on a Rafael Devers RBI double. It was 2-0 Red Sox after a Jackie Bradley Jr (16) home run in the second. The Phillies finally got on the board in the fifth. First Cesar Hernandez scored on a wild pitch, the Bryce Harper (27) hit a two run bomb over the green monster to give the Phillies a 3-2 lead. Corey Dickerson provided the insurance with a RBI triple in the seventh, and a RBI single in the ninth.
