The Phillies avoided being swept by the Mets with a 5-2 win in the series finale on Sunday night. Pete Alonso (43) have the Mets an early 1-0 lead with a home run in the first inning. The Phillies took a 2-1 lead in the second on a Brad Miller (6) home run, and a Corey Dickerson RBI single. It stayed that way until the eighth. The Mets tied it 2-2 in the top of the eighth on a Hector Neris wild pitch. Scott Kingery out the Phillies up for good with a three run double in the bottom of the eighth.
