After Monday night’s 7-2 loss to the Nationals the only thing left for the Phillies is to see if they can finish.500 or better (not much). The Nationals hit three solo home runs in the first three innings for a 3-0 lead. The Nationals went up 5-0 before the Phillies finally got on the board in the sixth. The Nationals added two more runs in the eighth, and the Phillies ended the scoring with a run in the ninth.
