After eliminating the Phillies in game 1 the Nationals clinched a playoff spot with a 6-5 win over the Phillies in game two. Brad Miller did all he could driving in four of the Phillies five runs with a three run homer in the first, and a solo home run in the fourth. The Phillies final run would come on a Bryce Harper solo home run in the seventh.The Phillies were up 4-2 in the sixth when Jared Hughes surrendered a grand slam to Trea Turner that out the Nationals up 6-4.
