Somebody’s winning streak had to come to an end. Would it be the Flyers three game winning streak of the Islanders six game winning streak. It was the Flyers. The Islanders extended their streak to seven games with a 5-3 win over the Flyers on Sunday night. It wasn’t a good night for Carter Hart who was pulled in the second period after giving up 5 goals in 14 shots. Jakub Voracek (4), Travis Konecny (6), and Claude Giroux (2) scored for the Flyers. Anders Lee (4), Derick Brassard (3), Ross Johnston (1), Ryan Pulock (1), and Mathew Barzal (5) scored for the Islanders.
