The Eagles were given an early Christmas gift by the Cowboys on Thanksgiving then the Eagles went out and choked on it by losing to the Dolphins on Sunday 37-31. The Eagles jumped out to a 10-0 lead you had to figure the rout was on. But no, the Eagles allowed the Dolphins to take a 14-13 lead. The Eagles managed to take a 21-14 lead into the locker room. The Eagles came out in the third quarter and took a 28-14 lead. Unfortunately somebody forgot to tell the Eagles defense the game wasn’t over yet. The Dolphins would score the next 23 points to take a 37-28 lead. The Eagles did manage to get a field goal to make it 37-31.
