Goals by Josh Bailey (12), Matt Martin (5), and Jordan Eberle (10) gave the Islanders a 3-0 after one period. Travis Konecny (19), and Robert Haag (3) scored for the Flyers in the second to cut it to 3-2. Sean Couturier (16) tied the game 3-3 late in the third. Unfortunately just :51 seconds later the Islanders took a 4-3 lead on Ryan Pulock’s (7) goal. Leo Komarov (3) added an empty net goal to give the Islanders a 5-3 win.
