A few weeks ago The Small Sports Blog came up with it’s list of coaches on the hot seat in the NFL. At the time we considered putting Texans coach Bill O’ Brien on that list, but we don’t have to worry about that now as the Texans fired O’Brien on Monday afternoon after a 0-4 start to this season. That may not be the only reason, considering the trade of DeAndre Hopkins, and how they lost to the Chiefs in last seasons playoffs. The coaches we have on our hot seat that we thought would be fired first are Matt Patricia in Detroit, and Dan Quinn in Atlanta, so there are two places O’Brien can end up that very soon if he doesn’t go back to college first.
